Overview:

Miller-Valentine Resident Loyalty is a service of MV Residential Property Management, Inc. (“MVRPM”). This program is provided for all eligible residents of communities managed by MVRPM . All users of this website agree that their access to and use of this website are subject to the terms and conditions set forth herein and all applicable laws. Any access is undertaken at the user’s own risk. These terms and conditions may change without prior notice.

Eligibility:

Eligibility for the Miller-Valentine Resident Loyalty program is limited to current paying residents of communities managed by MVRPM. Points earned in the program cease to exist when this eligibility is severed. No credit, transfer, or redemption of Reward Points is available after eligibility is severed.

Changes and Disputes:

MVRPM reserves the right, without prior notice, to discontinue or change the program at any time.

MVRPM reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time.

All questions or disputes regarding eligibility for this program, the eligibility of rewards, the availability of rewards or points, the terms and conditions of the program will be resolved by MVRPM at its sole discretion.

Participation Enrollment:

Each eligible apartment home is automatically enrolled in the Miller-Valentine Resident Loyalty program and will use their Resident ID/Email Address to gain access to the award website. Upon initial login, participants may create their username and personal password. Participants are encouraged to keep this login information in a secure location. Participation of the Resident Loyalty Program is entirely voluntary.

Earning Rewards:

Points can be earned but not guaranteed throughout lease term through various programs such as move in specials, resident referrals, and renewal or community events.

Redemption and Deduction of Points:

  1. Any Reward Points not redeemed before vacating the home will expire upon move out.
  2. Reward Points may only be used to redeem merchandise from the online catalog. Points are not redeemable for cash.
  3. The Reward Points you accrue do not constitute your property. You cannot transfer Reward Points to another cardholder. Reward Points have no monetary value except to the extent specifically provided for by a reward.
  4. Award Points will expire each consecutive year on December 31, resetting all accounts to zero. New Awards will be given if earned throughout the New Year.

Claiming a Reward:

  1. MVRPM reserves the right to modify merchandise available in the Award Points On-Line Catalog at any time and without notice.
  2. When you have obtained sufficient points, you may redeem an item(s) from those described in the On-Line Catalog.
  3. Specific merchandise is subject to availability and substitutions may be made based on availability or market conditions.

Statements of MVRPM Award Points Earned:

This website provides eligible participants with details of transactions, as well as MVRPM Award Point balances.

Termination of Program:

MVRPM reserves the right to terminate the Program at any time without prior notice to you. If the program is suspended or terminated, any unredeemed Reward Points must be redeemed within one month of the date of termination of the program.

Participation Program Tracking:

It is the responsibility of each eligible participant to use their awarded points to redeem items from the Miller-Valentine Resident Loyalty Award Catalog. Awarded points can only be redeemed for merchandise presented in the Award Points Online Catalog.

Promotional Events:

In the event a promotion is offered, participants joining must meet promotion requirements to be eligible for Awarded Points. Promotional events can be suspended or terminated at any time.

Taxes:

Merchandise redeemed under the program is subject to applicable federal, state and/or local taxes. Payment of taxes resulting from these awards is the sole responsibility of the participating resident and not MVRPM or any of its affiliates or agents.

Shipping and Handling:

Merchandise redeemed under the program is subject to shipping and handling charges. The shipping and handling charges are included in the point value associated with each item in the On-Line Catalog and are represented in the overall value of the item. Orders canceled after an item has been shipped, where the item is not damaged, may be subject to a 20% restocking fee, subject to the policies of each specific supplier and the condition of the item returned, including whether the item is returned in original packaging. Recipients are responsible for the cost of returning the items to the supplier as specified by Online Rewards customer service department. Defective merchandise must be returned for warranty replacement within 30 days, merchandise must be returned to the manufacture for warranty service.
